About
Meeting you where you are; giving you what you need.
I spent 20+ years in corporate C-suite roles. On the outside it looked impressive, and for many years it was OK. But eventually, I felt like I was losing it. I was miserable but felt powerless to change anything. Burnout, job loss, depression, anxiety, and a slow recovery changed what I do and how I live life.
My work sits at the intersection of embodied leadership, mindfulness, therapy and relationship to self, others and the world around us.
I use mind-body practices that empower clients to learn, heal, grow and reconnect with who they really are. You can't think your way out of emotional pain, lack of direction or fulfilment, burnout - these all reside in the body.
This deep connection to self is what fulfilment, freedom, wellness, resilience and high performance depend on.
It gives me so much joy to see clients transform their lives and achieve their goals. Hence the name - Mudita Mentoring & Healing.
Mudita is Sanskrit for appreciative joy in the happiness and success of others. May that be you!

In their words
Brian makes you feel that it might just all be ok.
We started the coaching and tapping this time last year when I was utterly emotionally hurt. Looking back, I've progressed so much and managed to make breakthroughs as things evolved. Thank you so much for your generous time and energy in supporting me on this path.
